JAC
Tech LLC
Built for real life. Built fast. Built to last.

We listen.
Then we build.

You already know how your business runs. We don’t show up with a product and ask you to bend around it — we listen first, then build the thing you actually described. Working software early, not eventually.

Where the work happens

100% on American soil

Every person who designs, writes, deploys or supports your system is in the United States. No offshore development team, no offshore support desk, and no subcontractor you have never met touching your data.

Security & compliance

Scoped, not assumed

Compliance is scoped to the data a project actually handles. Card payments run through a PCI-compliant processor; where protected health information is involved we build to HIPAA guidance and use compliant third-party storage.

Ownership

Your data stays yours

Every record, document and file belongs to you. A complete export in an open, readable format is available on request at any time, and on termination without exception, at no charge.

01

Six places to start

Six ways an engagement usually starts. Almost nobody needs all of them on day one — and nobody should pay for the ones they don’t use.

Capability What it is How it is delivered
C-01Operational applications The system the business actually runs on — collaboration, customer communication, daily schedules, dashboards, financial reporting, fleet mapping and location services. Standalone, or built into what you already use. Module by moduleEach one usable on its own
C-02Integration Making the systems you already pay for talk to each other, so the same number is never typed twice and nobody reconciles two versions of the truth by hand. Fixed scopeFixed price
C-03Document management Creating, filing, versioning and finding documents — built around your own filing logic rather than someone else’s idea of how a folder should work. Standalone or embeddedIn an existing system
C-04Digitization & indexing Paper out of the cabinet and into something you can search. Scanned, indexed and connected to the records it belongs to — so it gets used instead of ignored in a musty closet or a filing cabinet. Scoped by volumeQuoted before work starts
C-05Visibility & SEO Strategic assessment, competitive market analysis, an execution strategy and a publication schedule — plus the content itself, written to move real visibility and domain authority. Assessment firstThen a schedule you own
C-06Client portals A private, branded portal for sharing work with your own customers. You grant access, you revoke it, and you can see who has it — without calling us. No chargeIncluded with every engagement
02

You’ll be using it before it’s finished

Modular and incremental, always. You should be using something real long before the whole thing is finished — and you should never be paying for a feature you didn’t ask for.

01

We listen first

How the work actually runs — including the parts that live in someone’s head and the workbook nobody else opens.

02

Build the smallest piece worth using

It goes into service and has to earn its keep before anything else gets scoped.

03

Add what you need, when you need it

Every module is quoted and approved on its own. Nothing gets built without a written estimate first.

04

Grow it as the business changes

New modules attach to the same system. Nothing has to be torn down and rebuilt to make room.

03

Desk, truck, or thumb

A dispatcher at a desk and a technician in a truck are doing different jobs against the same data. Handing both of them the same interface is how software stops getting used.

At a desk

Dense screens, wide tables, many records at once. Built for people who live in the system all day.

On a tablet

Review and approve on site. Enough room to read a document, light enough to carry.

In the field

One task at a time, big targets, works with one thumb.

Mix and match. It is one system and one set of data — not three products you pay for separately. The same person can start a job on a phone at 7am and finish it at a desk that afternoon.

04

No surprises, and no lock-in

You should never open an invoice and find something on it you didn’t agree to, and you should never feel stuck with us because leaving would be painful. Both of those are choices we made on purpose.

TermWhat it means
Quoted before it is built Every module, feature and integration gets a written estimate first. Nothing starts without your approval, and nothing appears on an invoice as a surprise.
Priced module by module You pay for what you asked for. If a module isn’t worth building this year, you don’t buy it this year — and you are not carrying its cost inside a bundle you never chose.
Value before the invoice grows The first piece goes into service early and has to prove itself. The cost grows as the system grows, not ahead of it.
Nothing auto-escalates Rates are fixed for an agreed term. If the scope materially expands, it is re-quoted at renewal — never mid-term, and never quietly.
Cancel on notice Ongoing licence and support can be cancelled on 30 days’ written notice, with no balance due and no penalty.
Your data leaves with you A complete export in an open, readable format — on request at any time, and on termination without exception, at no charge.

process looks like

The first conversation is about how the work runs right now — the spreadsheet, the shared folder, the workaround everybody has agreed to live with. Scope and price come after that, in writing.
